Its a new week and Im glad to be back after a long break! Today is also a very special day! Its my Cali's birthday! Today my youngest turns five and as you can tell from the pic she has the sassyness of a thirteen year old! Cali is the epitome of a loving child. She is the most selfless five year old I know and I love her to pieces. She also loves fashion! When she has a cute outfit on I always offer to take her picture then she just strikes a pose. Shes funny Show my girl some love today! Here she is in her latest outfit:

Ok so I decided that Im going to start posting my Sunday outfits every week! Usually Sundays are the only time I can really dress up because Im a full time stay at home mom. My hubby snapped these pics of me after church!

Im really loving my new H&M jeans, they are so comfy! This blue blouse is from Wet seal. I think blue is the perfect color for summer. It screams water, sky, and Fourth of July(really wasnt trying to rhyme there) lol. These brown wedges are from DSW(love that place). My rings are from Claires and the bracelet set is just pieces I pulled from other sets. I like to keep it simple with the whole "bracelet set" thing! Sometimes I see girls with bracelets all the way up to their elbows and Im like "Girl less is more"! My lipstick is by Wet n Wild in Spotlight Red! That lipstick stays on FOREVER!! I also love the red and blue combo!

OOTD- Green Breeze

Happy Friday everyone! Ive really been trying to keep up with my outfit posts but I have a four and six year old so its been tough keeping up! I also have this other thing called my husband that I have to take care of. Oh, did i just say that out loud? haha! Hows the weather where you are? In Houston its been pretty unpredictable. Todays outfit would be perfect for a warm sunny day out on the town, going to the farmers market, mall or even to the beach. I love that this shirt is flowy and breezy and can be used during any season! My favorite thing about these shorts are the button detaling on the sides. Do my shoes look familiar? I wore them during my last outfit post! They are neutral and will go with soooo many things! Thanks so much for checking out todays look and feel free to share it!

High Low on a Budget

So I wore this outfit to church on Easter and got lots of compliments. In my mind I couldnt help but wonder if people could notice that I picked up my whole outfit from Marshalls??? Well I did, from head to toe! I walked into the store literally having no vision at all so I started from scratch. I like to find that one stand out piece and then design around that. In this case I saw the dress first and then the fashion stylist wheels in my head began to turn and this is what I walked out with! What are some other ways you would have styled this dress??

Its been awhile since Ive blogged and Ive missed it so much! Have any of you heard of Polyvore!? Its pretty amazing. When Im feeling creative I like to get on and see what I can come up with. Since its Spring I decided to design around this gorgeous maxi dress. The little hints of gold and aqua really reminded me of the beach(hints the title) What do you like most about this creation?

The Right Blazer for Spring

My birthday is today but even more exciting to me is getting to share my latest look with you! I live in Texas and the weather here is warm if not scorching most of the year. BUT I am all for a bright and light blazer for spring which is the main focal point for this look. Its ok to wear light weight scarves as well in the spring too! FYI, it was pretty warm the day we took these photos but I was still comfy as can be Enjoy!

Do any of you guys enjoy Polyvore like I do?! Well today I had a little bit of extra time to create a set. I titled it black meets romance because the heart paired with the red pants speaks about romance and the bold black accessories pull every piece together. I see this on a casual day Valentines date or even a night date to a casual restaurant. Hopefully I get time to create more soon! Happy Saturday!

Bold printed and colorful pants are so BIG for spring this year. Nows the time to really brighten and liven up your wardrobe with these fab pants that I found. Would you be daring enough to wear this trend for 2013?

I want these pants like yesterday. They are fun and flirty which is perfect for spring. This pair is from Nasty Gal.

These pants from Lulus SCREAM spring! I absolutely love how colorful, brave and beautiful they are

These pants do a perfect job at combining the black and white trend and the bold and printed trend for 2013. I love them! (find yours at Forever 21)

These marble effect pants are UUUHmazing! I love that they are printed and bold but neutral at the same time. I found these at Need Supply!

Ok, so Im OBSESSED with these Ombre jeans from Nasty Gal! These jeans are black and white which is perfect for Spring 2013!

Black & White for Spring 2013

Black and white is springs biggest color combo this year! Can you belive it!? Dont get me wrong spring is also our time to wear beautiful and colorful clothes. Im just really excited that one of my fave colors, black, is a BIG in for this year. Also super popular for this spring are bold printed pants. Heres how I combined these two trends.

Outfit Details: I got this button up blouse from H&M, I love how there is a mix of different material and the detailing on the collar is just so cute(find a simliar look here)

The pants I also got from H&M, I call them my "plus sign" pants (I found some similar ones here)

I am in LOVE with these boots that I got from Nordstrom Rack but you can find some like this here!

My Lipstick is by Revlon, Matte Really Red, and I LOVE it!

Dear Santa: Clothes Addition

Hi everyone! Im really excited to bring you my latest addition to the Dear Santa blog series! It was kinda hard narrowing down my favorites for this catagory. I mean come on, how can one girl ever have enough clothes?! I just tried to pick out pieces that I thought would look good on anyone and that could be apart of any wardrobe for along time. Since its still the winter season I stuck to long sleeves, sweaters and jackets. So hopefully you see something on my wishlist that you can add to yours!

I love this sweater from Mango, did I ever mention Im a nuetral cream, brown and black kind of girl? My eyes always gravitate to these colors and I think this sweater would look great on anyone!

Arent these burgundy pants also from Mango amazing?! These are like the epitome of burgundy pants if you ask me. I especially love the zipper detaling on the side! Perfection!

This sweater is from Free People and I actually think it would look great with the pants I posted above! I love that its casual and warm but when people see you wearing it you can bet that they see someone with style

I had to mix it up a bit and throw in this FAB dress from one of my fave stores Nasty Gal. This dress screams GLAM GLAM GLAM! Show up to the New Years Eve party in this and you will have everybody talking(in a good way). You will most likely get a kiss at midnight as well

Ok so when I saw this cute sweater that you can find at Forever 21 I thought that it would look cute with the burgundy pants from Mango too! Im a little obsessed with anchor designs(no clue why) and this sweater is just precious! Love it!

I believe every girl needs a nice moto jacket in her closet. This one is from Miss Selfridge and the thing I love most about it is that it can easily be worn from winter into spring. The soft gray color also pairs well with most colors and prints. I want! I want! I want!
